Training is provided to all guarding personnel who are performing activities at client’s location as per the Identified Training Needs which directly effects the quality of services provided to the customer. Training of guarding personnel is carried out on an ongoing basis & as per the laid down syllabus under PSARA Act. The guarding personnel are extensively trained and tested physically as well as theoretically.
Refresher / on the job training is carried out on a regular weekly basis covering unit specific job requirements. Apart from that, Customized & Specialized training is also provided based on the special requirement of the client.
Candidates passing the training test after completion of mandatory training are segregated as per their aptitude under Industrial, Technology, Corporate, and Hospitality (ITCH) categorically.
We at Mpower Facility provide the fire fighting training to all guarding personnel. This theoretical and practical training is designed to enhance knowledge, skills and experience in dealing with potential fire scenarios.
